The Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family (YKOISO) is implementing, through the Hellenic Agency for Local Development and Local Government (EETAA S.A.) and with funding from the Recovery and Resilience Fund, the pilot program “Home Accessibility.”
Through this program, individuals with mobility or sensory disabilities and a total disability rate of at least 67% are subsidized in order to improve the accessibility of their residence and/or professional space.

Program Details
1. Who it’s for
For individuals with mobility or sensory disabilities, with a total disability rate of at least 67%, a personal income of up to €60,000, and permanent residence in Greece.
2. Subsidy limits
- Up to €12,000 for individuals with mobility disabilities
- Up to €5,000 for individuals with sensory disabilities
- Up to €14,500 for individuals with both mobility and sensory disabilities
3. Where the equipment can be installed
- n the primary or secondary residence
- In the professional space (for self-employed individuals)
4. Eligible expenses
- Equipment costs
- Accessibility intervention costs
- Fee for the Project Consulting Engineer
