Ice Pack - Hot Cold Patch from the Afrodite series. Hot or cold compress in the form of a gel with a plastic coating.

 

  • For cold compresses: place the pad in the freezer for one hour before use (you can keep it permanently in the freezer away from sharp-edged packages).
  • For a warm compress: boil water in a saucepan and remove it from the stove. Insert the pad for 10 minutes.
  • For both uses, place a towel on your body before application.
