The Three-Point Trunk Support Guard Jewett J001AG from the Spanish company Orliman is a dynamic thoracic lumbar guard.

It consists of a light alloy aluminum frame and 3 pressure pulleys, with the possibility of displacement for a better fit.

Thoracic flexion is regulated by controlling the pressure exerted on the adjustable pressure pelvis (pubic, sternal, lumbar).
