Malleotrain from the German company Bauerfeind consists of a firm but elastic knit fabric, which exerts a gentle intermittent compression massage with every movement, relieving tension and stimulating circulation. Two individually adjusted pads on the right and left behind the malleoli redirect the pressure to the surrounding soft tissue. In doing so, Malleotrain actively counteracts swelling.
